Assets and Valuation
During the assets and valuation process, cpr leads the organization through the process of identifying marketing and public relations sellable assets and then assigns a value to the inventory.
Sponsorship Packaging
Following the asset and valuation process, cpr leads the organization through the process of strategically developing the sponsorship, developing year-round partnerships and individual event packages.
Sponsorship Implementation
No sponsorship program is successful without proper implementation, so cpr also leads the organization through the implementation process. In the initial stage of the implementation process, we develop and write policies and procedures for marks and logo usage as well as create rights fee agreements. cpr will train staff and volunteers in the art of selling a marketing sponsorship as well as lead organizational research to identify potential matches for partnerships. cpr will lead the development of a sponsor report system and serve as an advisor throughout implementation.
