Crisis Communications Plan Development
We help you evaluate your potential vulnerabilities in both sudden and smoldering crises and develop an individualized communications plan (for both internal and external audiences). By identifying potential smoldering situations, we work with you to make strategic decisions and changes that lessen or eliminate that vulnerability before it ever becomes a risk to your company.
We also test existing plans for effectiveness, providing plan upgrades based on results.
Training
A plan is only as effective as its implementation. We will train key individuals within your organization on the use of the crisis plan as well as train identified spokespersons.
